Great place to work.. however not a great career opportunity

Several employees have been promoted and all have received raises and bonuses since this employee's sudden and unexpected departure. All are vaccinated against Covid 19 as they care about each other and their families and community. We try provide a safe and positive working environment and advancement to those who strive for excellence. We wish this employee well in his future endeavors.
