Eric found the problem with our Generac generator and repaired it. Standby power is essential since we lose electrical power quite often. Because of a medical issue we need a reliable source of electrical power for an oxygen generator. Although we have emergency oxygen, it only lasts a limited time.

Kim was outstanding in responding to my questions. Very personable and professional at same time. I had a number of concerns about signing up with a company I knew nothing about, She answered all my concerns so thoroughly that I was convinced to enter into a fixed price contract with Aero. Without a question Kim's knowledge and ability to dispel my concerns were key to my agreeing to a contract.
