  We had Advantage services come out and they were simply a pleasure to work with. It started off with the call to the office, their customer service was impeccable and prompt they were very easy to set us up with an appointment. When our technician Alex arrived to the house he was very professional , knowledgeable and did not mind explaining to us exactly what he was doing. Because of his knowledge and experience he recommended some great advice and we ended up enrolling into their annual maintenance program. This company Will not disappoint. I will not recommend anyone else to my family this company is top notch.

  We were very pleased with the service we received. We would have been without heat for more than one night but they were able to expedite the acquisition a required part to effect repairs. The technician was very professional and explained what he was doing. The secretary was sympathetic to our situation and worked to get us back in business. We are very appreciative.

  Marvin was excellent! Second time he’s been here. He is thorough, knowledgeable, a hard worker and was patient enough to answer my numerous questions. He also didn’t make it seem he was rushing to get to next appointment. All the people I have spoken to in the office are extremely helpful also
