  Big thanks to Frank from the San Jose team. Even though I'm not a customer of his (yet!), Frank generously took the time to explain a the electrical requirements for a heat pump installation. We are in process of upgrading our electrical panel, and want to include the option to easily add a heat pump in the future. I highly recommend Frank for his expertise and professional courtesy.

Praise to Frank who listened to our needs and provided a fast and fair quote; Noel who was very communicative as we scheduled the service; and Tony and Misael who were friendly, curteous, and professional during the installation of our new furnace and thermostat.   Just wanted to send a note of praise and thanks to Frank from the San Jose team. Even though I'm not a customer of his (yet!), Frank generously took the time to explain a complex issue with my furnace (a Trane model where I need to adjust the blower intensity), and how to deal with it. He gave me specific pointers on my options for adjusting the blower, with a friendly no-pressure demeanor that built my trust quickly. I highly recommend Frank for his encyclopedic knowledge of specific heating issues, and look forward to working with him in the future!
