Paid about 5k + for a new AC unit last year. Was told we got warranty. Less than a year later they come to fix it “under warranty” so it should have been free. and then they end up replacing a part WITHOUT my authority or knowledge. So I end up with a bill for something small I could have fixed myself AND that still should have been under warranty in the first place.

Emaly, My apologies for any misunderstanding regarding your equipment warranty! When your Mother called and set up your appointment, she was told that the equipment we installed would be covered under warranty, but that if there were other issues, a service fee would be required! She directed us to do whatever it took to get it taken care of! Unfortunately the thermostat that was damaged was not installed by us and not covered warranty! Please feel free to call the office any time, we would be happy to work with you!

The guys at Advantage cooling and heating were awesome. The called ahead of time confirming my appointment and gave me a time frame to expect them in my home. They informed of things along the way as well so i new what to expect. While here the team was considerate and kind. This is a great team of people doing honest work.

Used by a realtor for inspection. Approved with minor cleaning and pvc part replacement. Approximately $150.00. However it immediately did not work up on receiving the keys. The unit was condemned by two HVAC companies. It could have asphyxiated people. This has happened before in my family along with beloved dogs. You should not be in business if you are potentially killing people. Dr. Toni Poole.

Hopefully you can use your Mechanical Serviceability Inspection for a warranty claim, because the system was operational at the time of the inspection in December! Since it is now March and we have not had the opportunity to speak with you when you had an issue, makes things extremely difficult to tell exactly what has happened to your equipment. Your home owner insurance may help you with any freeze damage that may have occurred recently. (Your furnace is a condensing furnace and is highly susceptible to freezing temps). Please feel free to call us if we can be of assistance! Jess Huckabay
