  Harold is a straight shooter who has been in this profession for years. He helped us out 2 years ago when we called last minute in the middle of summer and my wife was pregnant. Our system needed a new compressor, he pressure checked and patched the system, then recharged it. Harold came out late to our house to diagnose it and give it a boost in freon, arriving around 8pm and doing a complete diagnosis and leaving around 9:30pm. Again today, Harold was willing and able to squeeze us into his day to do a once over on the unit. He gave me a price on replacement, and verified the system was running the best it could for its age. He quoted what his charges would have been compared to the company that came out yesterday, and his prices would have been about half the cost, while his estimate on replacement was $3000 less than the cheapest from the competition (their high end was almost $20000, crazy). He arrived around 8pm and took his time to look over the system and give sound advice on future steps and recommendations going forward. Harold is professional and experienced, and is dedicated to getting the customer what they need, presenting the options to the customer with his advice for guidance. I would highly recommend using Advantage, and plan to use them for all my Heat/AC needs in the future.

  Our A/C went out over the weekend. We called Monday morning and got an appointment that afternoon. A service technician came over promptly and had our unit fixed. We are happily cool again!

  Had Harold out to service both my AC units for the first time today to get ready for cooling this summer. I was very pleased with his work and willingness to educate me along the way. Harold runs this small business that will take care of you without trying to give you a sales pitch of things you don’t need. I highly recommend Harold and will be using him again in the future!
