  I rate them 0, the worst of the worst. I gave them a $1700 deposit for an AC change out April 9th and never hear from them again. Out of 40,50 call attempts,I finally got someone to speak with me and they promised an install on Tuesday. No one showed. After 20 more phone call attempts I finally got another install day. I told them 2 people live here, one has COPD the other has allergies, didn't care, no one showed. After another 20 or more attempts to talk with someone I got a promise of my deposit back. Yea right, never heard from them. Steven P Bohn out of the Sebastian Florida area is the license holder for this business CAC1815540. They are running an ad in the Hometown News in Martin County. There is or was a Mike, Mark and Greg there at Advantage Air Conditioning of Indian River who are liars.. Another thing, after I started to investigate these monkeys, I found they gave the Martin County Building Dept. a false business address; The address was a garden shop. Their other address is an UPS box. All their phones are mobile, with no established phone at a location. And I hear they are trying to start up in the Jupiter area. You can't sue them, they have no assets to go after. I am to understand they rent everything and the license owner has no property. You lose more money trying to get something that's not there. You can't take the owners house, that exempted. Unless you find other property in his name you will get nothing. I call what happened to me, Legalized Thief. There are other businesses starting with the name Advantage who are OK. but beware of Advantage Air Conditioning of Indian River LLC. After 6 weeks without air in south Florida I contracted out with a local AC contractor, GMS AC & Heating out of Palm City, everything went perfect.

  Constantly calling and hanging up when you refuse service. Asked several times to take off their solicitation list (by the way on my cell phone), and they hang up on you. Stay away.
