  I can’t say anything but good about these folks. We had a dishwasher leak that led to a lot of floor, wall, and cabinet issues. Jeff came in, looked at the damage, and went right to work. His crew was always professional, timely, and eager to answer any questions we had. They did all of the negotiating with our insurance company and was able to provide far more than I expected. I hope we have no future problems of this magnitude, but if we do, I would definitely use AdvantaClean again!!

  This company was exceptional. Owner Jeff Russell showed up promptly, examined the interior humidity problems and surface mold on the walls in our home, then came up with an approach and estimate that was clear and easy to understand. His crew, which included Brandon, Nathan, Trevor, Logan, and Mike, were all careful, professional, friendly, and addressed the problems as if they were addressing them in their own homes. Jeff Russell was also available to quickly manage any small snags that arose, and was always within easy reach for questions or concerns. Our praise and appreciation go out to Jeff and his associates. We’d strongly recommend them to anyone.

  In May 2020, we had a washer/dryer y-fitting bust and water flooded parts of our home. I called Jeff Russell around 4:15 pm. His team was just getting off work, but they came right away. Jeff Russell and Will Freeman arrived as well. They assessed the damage and started remediation quickly, by ripping out carpet, ceilings, and walls with saturated sheetrock. They used fans and dehumidifiers that night. The next day Jeff worked with our Farm Bureau adjuster to get repairs moving immediately. Jeff informed us that this repair would take a while. Once Jeff and Will began the repairs, the project progressed along smoothly. Will did great work replacing sheetrock, painting, and hardwood flooring. They always went above and beyond on everything. Zero deficiencies noted on final walk through inspection. Our house was in good hands with team Advanta Clean. They are very professional and trustworthy. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff Russell and Will Freeman.
