disregard my last post, the company was very fast to respond, on an impressive level. They sent Spencer the same tech back and he was very professional and figured out what was wrong and even in dire odds on the holidays he was determined to get the job done. he was awesome and id recommend this company to anyone looking for professional help.

Called after hours on a Saturday because our A/C stopped working.  Receptionist answered when I was expecting an answering machine.  She forwarded us to Paul who was on call and was there within an hour and a half.  Paul was awesome and knew exactly what the issue was.  Had it fixed in a matter of 20 mins.  Awesome service!!!

BTW their competition still hasn't called us back.  Will definitely use them again!

Very professional staff and staightforward information. They installed a new central air unit and furnace for me and the installation was top notch. They did not leave a mess. When they arrived they started to take their boots off to come in the house, I told them they did not have to and they responded that they like to treat the customer's homes like their own. I knew then that these guys care about the quality of their work and the customer.

Above my text here are five buttons: Quality, Value, Professionalism, Responsiveness, and Punctuality.  I've used the services of Advanced Mechanical a number of times over the past dozen years, give or take, and all five of those attributes apply to them.  The young fellow today was right on time, clearly following COVID-enforced guidelines, assessed my problem and was able to provide me with a less expensive repair decision.  In other words, he was the typical Advanced Mechanical representative.  For these reasons they continue to be my "go-to" plumbers, and a company I easily recommend to others.

When I called to set up an appointment I was fully expecting to have to wait at least a week to get an appointment, they were able to get me in the very next day. Our tech was even able to get here early to get it fixed for us. He was great, very professional and personable.

I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Mechanical to anyone needing furnace repairs. I have a place out in Huff and could not get my furnace going and the gentleman that came out to fix it would not give up until he got it going. This is what you call top notch service and it didn't break the bank. I would definitely use them again.

The blower motor had gone out in the middle of the night during winter. Called another place to fix it and was quoted anywhere between 800-1000 just to replace a motor. Called Advanced, got a quote for 300 and thankfully I made the right choice. Customer service was friendly and the service tech arrived promptly. Less than 45 mins of arrival, my furnace was blowing hot air and keeping my place warm. Much appreciate the quick response.
