I have past experience with this company. They installed a complete air conditioning system at me house (including duct work). The initial consultation was good; representative was friendly. The installation was okay too (other than one of the young technicians who seemed to have had too much alcohol to drink possibly the night prior). He was sluggish and had to use my bathroom (so bad no one could enter for about an hour). A few weeks later I had an issue and had to call to ask for assistance. A female who said her name was Ashley said to me, "...if you don't like it, use somebody else!" Now as a new customer who recently had the system installed by their company, I think using another company was a little late. Poor follow-up and customer service.
