  Tech provided proposal and returned w/in couple weeks to fix issue with drip pan, but couldn't fix due to wrong parts he received. Indicated he would be back.. I called numerous times (for a few weeks) received same response we will get right back with you and provide status. BUT, no return calls until finally they just didn't answer. My issue is just be up front.. Either say, you can't fit it or you can!! Anyway, I will move on to another vendor, but FYI take note!!

  I initially had issues getting an appointment set and had a lot of back and forth I was not happy with. As soon as they were aware that I was displeased they made sure to make it right and scheduled late Friday to come first thing Monday. They were right on time and even though the weather was poor they got my AC fixed. Only took a couple of hours and they were very pleasant here. Very happy to have my AC fixed just before the extreme summer heat hits.

  Dude showed up the first day, took my parts, said he would be back the next day with new ones. It's been over 4 weeks, they haven't showed up or called, every time I call they "make a new appointment" for me but then they never show. So they literally stole my stuff and are very bad unreliable people.

  Mrs. Hatcher, I am not sure what happen with your service call and why they never came back or brought your parts back. I truly apologize for this experience. I will though by Monday have a resolution for what parts were taken and why no one showed up. I will also give you a call to help get this corrected. Thank You, Chris
