  Quick, efficient, and professional. Lucas did a great job quickly setting up our appointment, diagnosing the issue, getting the correct part ordered, and installing it all within three days!

  Ac went out 2 days ago on a home we just bought 3 weeks ago. Called the home warranty company and had a work order placed last night. They chose the company and gave me the contact info but said I would hear from the service tech within 24 hours. Well after the house got to 90 degrees over the night I decided to call at 8 am to see how early I could get an appointment. Spoke with Lucas and he said he could be out between 11 and 12 today. He arrived on time and had the problem resolved in just a few minutes. He was also willing to answer questions about the unit and explain how things worked within the unit. Will absolutely call him in the future if we need any more ac work done.
