  Our AC unit went out and the original installation company could not schedule an appointment for 10 days. I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning at 9 am and the had a tech show up promptly at noon and serviced my AC unit in less than 45 min. Jon was professional, clean and informative and my experience with the office and with Jon was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends...This is a true review and I am not affiliated with the company or any of their personnel.

  The technician was very friendly and professional. He was especially very patient with my dad when explaining what he was doing, how he was diagnosing the problem, how he came to the conclusions of what parts were bad and the options for fixing the AC. He came to the conclusion that both control board and the blower fan was bad. The quote was a total of $1700+: $125 fee, ~$800 parts and labor for the control board and ~$800 parts and labor for the blower fan motor. Unfortunately, his diagnose was off. The control board was bad, but the blower fan was still good. While trying to test to see if the blower fan was bad, he tried to bypass the control board and hooked power directly to the blower. The blower wasn't working after the bypass. He didn't check to see if the bypass actual was working and powering the blower. Also, the price of the service isn't worth it. After hearing the $1700+ price, my dad wanted to attempt to fix it on his own. On the same day, my dad and I were able to get our AC working with a $200+ replacement control board at a local store and 1 hour of labor. The blower wasn't bad so nothing was done to it.

  VERY efficient!..... I called about an appointment for a new Central Air Unite. I had an appointment for an estimate, and a new unite installed in less then a week!.... they were not pushy about a sale as we already knew how much we could spend. they laid out the options available and we made a decision on what would work for us..that was it. they arrived a few days later and had it installed in a few hours...they were so efficient we were able to turn it on and enjoy our new unit before it even had a chance to get really hot outside! it was 90° that day... I can't recommend them enough!..... +A from me and my wife!
