  Dan and his crew have been wonderful to work with. This was the first geothermal unit we've installed, and were initially cautious about the price. However, Dan spent a lot of time adapting the entire system to fit our land and our needs, and detailing exactly how the system will save us money. The system works beautifully, and we're very happy with it. They've been very fast and friendly with response to any questions we've had since installation. We also had an issue where someone flooded our laundry room, and they were out the next day to work on the clean-up where water had run down the cold air returns. Each of the guys we've worked with have been friendly, efficient, and happy to answer any questions we've had. Good job, guys!

  We recently moved into a new house, and our AC unit wasn’t working properly. At our previous address we had Dan come out from Advanced Custom Geothermal to install an ac unit for us and we were very pleased. Fast forward to today, and Dan came back out to look at our ac unit. Not only did we receive once again, five star work, but Dan was so honest and personable! He remembered where I worked and everything, and it was over a year in a half since he last made a house call for us to troubleshoot and tell us our options. Turns out our ac unit had a bad wire, and Dan replaced it right away and got our ac up and working in a matter of a half hour! Very impressed with his friendliness and service! I will definitely recommend ACG to our friends and family!
