  Last week my wife's grandmother had her oil furnace serviced (NOT BY ADVANCED COMFORT SPECIALISTS). The tech from that company found a deficiency in the furnace and shut the system off. The tech had no plan for heating her home and it was 19 degrees outside. He left us hanging to figure out how to fix her heater. She has dementia and was living on her own at the time. Completely unacceptable service. I called Paul from Advanced Comfort Specialists. Within two hours he ran to his office, picked up loaner space heaters, set them up in her home, and gave us a quote for a new heater. The four space heaters he loaned us kept her home at the sizzling 74-76 degrees that she prefers in the winter. Less than a week later the heater is installed and running. His techs were knowledgeable, professional, and good guys. This is how you make life-long customers. Paul is responsive and more importantly his prices are fantastic. We used Advanced Comfort Specialists in our previous home and will be using them in our new home as well. I cannot recommend this company any higher.

  We had issues with our gas furnace that caused our home to lose heat in the dead of winter. Needless to say that was a major problem. Based on previous reviews, I selected Advanced Comfort and I'm glad I did! After one phone call I had the rapid response of Paul, an owner of the company, come out within minutes. Right away I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and solved several major problems. He told it like it is and was great in explaining what was wrong, what needs to happen next, and was honest about everything. You can trust this company with your business. I did and I have no regrets about doing so. 5/5 stars.

  Had our furnace act up in this cold weather, which is rather scary having a newborn. Called Advanced Comfort and Paul (one of the owners) came out within 10 minutes since all of his techs were busy. Got us back up and running. HIGHLY recommend them for their quick response, quality work and reasonable pricing. Will be using them for years to come.
