Stay far away from this company. Robbie installed a new system in my house. Within a month it started showing an E1 code. My GC had him look at the unit. 18 months later the E1 code is back. Robbie tells me the compressor, board, and other parts need to be replaced but parts are on back order. This was 3 months ago. The guy has never gotten back in touch with me. I've called and texted him multiple time. I hired River City Heating & Air to fix the problem. The unit had a 10 year warranty but Advance Building Technologies never registered the unit so my warranty is only good for 5 years now. What a solid outfit!!!! River City was able to get the parts and make the repair with in 2 weeks. Turns out ABT never ordered the parts. This company belongs in the Circus because it is ran by a clown.
