  Contacted company around 2 pm and they had a tech out to me within 2 hours. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, identifying the issue pretty quickly and offering a variety of alternatives and price brackets to solve the problem. The only complaint I could make is about the upsell on their service plan. Although the plan was reasonable and there are different tiers and prices, whenever a company pushes a service plan it makes me a little suspicious and uncomfortable, even though I usually opt in anyway. Overall, though, based on speed of response and quality of their tech Patrick I'd definitely recommend Advanced Air.

  It was nice to receive a text with an arrival time. Miguel was on time and checked the AC and air handler thoroughly. He was cordial and explained what he was doing. He asked about a future appointment scheduling. What a nice young man. He takes his work seriously and I would highly recommend him.

  We’ve been doing business with this company for a few years now and don’t see a reason to go anywhere else. Josue came to complete the six month A/C maintenance and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made great recommendations to extend the life of the unit. We scheduled the next follow up appointment during the visit. Overall, I give Josue a 10+ or 5 stars for his service.
