  I have been an Advanced Air customer for over 20 years. Ryan, my current technician, is so professional and completely competent. He came out to diagnose a problem with my heating unit. A part needed to be ordered. Jeanine in the office quickly ordered the part and it came in 3 or 4 days from South Carolina! Ryan immediately obtained the part, came right over and installed it. Price for the service was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Advance Air to anyone needing AC and/or Heating issues corrected.
