  We had no heat, called and spoke with office and they were able to schedule me an appointment that afternoon. The technician was helpful and informative. I felt very comfortable with the service and was extremely happy he had the parts on his truck to fix my furnace. I did call 2 other companies and they could not fix the issue because neither has the parts on their truck. Advance heating and cooling was professional and very knowledgeable.

  We had a technician out to our house to look at our furnace because it wouldn't turn on. The technician was very nice and informative of what was wrong. he explained we had damage to our inducer assembly (way out of my understanding). He explained what exactly it was and showed me the issue. He had to replace the part. I felt very comfortable with the work being done and was extremely pleased with his professionalism as well as explaining the issue in a way I would understand what could happen if not being repaired. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our furnace and AC work.

  Office staff is courteous and helpful, and they had a technician at my house about an hour after calling for service(!!!). The technician provided clear, concise explanation of the problem, offered options, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. A great experience from start to finish, and I will definitely use and recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling in the future.
