  Service was good and he was prompt to reach next day. The part he replaced was charged at much higher rate. He said that he makes up to 50% more on part. The receipt he showed me had the price hidden. I believe I was overcharged.

  I'm sorry your experience was not what you expected. I make every effort to keep my prices affordable but unfortunately your demand that I charge no more then cost and not add sales tax is very unreasonable.
