This was our second time using Adams (first was for heat repair, this time was for AC repair) and I can’t recommend them enough! Byron Jackson, the tech who performed the repair service, had to come out on 2 separate days and was on time both visits. He had to return the next day since he didn’t have the part on him, but the company reached out and was able to get us an appointment for first thing the following morning rather than having to deal with no AC for another full day. Byron worked quickly and was very pleasant to work with. Being without AC in the hot summer months is never fun - especially when you have 3 large dogs - but Byron was thankfully able to get us back up and running in a matter of a few hours after replacing our evaporator coil. Everyone I spoke to in regards to this service - including the service manager and the woman who helped me set up both appointments - were extremely helpful and very friendly. Pricing is reasonable - I called around to get an estimate from a few other local AC/heat repair places before scheduling the repair with Adams and the other companies quoted me for relatively the same price. Thank you for providing consistently great service!!

Sean the technician did a great professional job. He was on time, courteous and was respectful of our house by wearing footies when he came inside. I would definitely recommend using Adams Heat and Air to everyone.

Shaun was totally awesome - he troubleshot a very difficult problem and was able to fix the non OEM thermostat. He also recharged the unit. He was bery professional and a great asset to Adam’s! Thanks
