  The technician and office receptionist have been very nice, but scheduling and communication overall have been poor which has resulted in no working AC overnight with a newborn baby. It is above 80 degrees inside the house now, and the AC started going out on Monday. I called ADA then, and got an appointment for today (Thursday), but the problem has still not been resolved and the AC won’t work at all now (it was working intermittently from Monday to Thursday morning). Hours on Facebook and Google were listed as “always open” which is misleading and led me to choose ADA to avoid an overnight situation like this, as those hours imply after hours/prompt service. I wish I would have known that was inaccurate so I could have called a different company that does offer after hours service. Instead, I have a dangerous sleeping situation for my newborn infant. If it was just my husband and myself left uncomfortable, I wouldn’t be so upset, but I explicitly stated repeatedly that we have a baby and needed the AC working as promptly as possible, so my new momma instincts make it hard not to be a bit mad. (It is not safe for a young baby to sleep in such hot temperatures, which is precisely why we chose a company we were led to believe was “always open”/offered after normal business hours service…please edit business hours) After being told someone may return this afternoon to replace the fan motor and not hearing anything for several very hot hours, I called the office and left a message at 3:15. I got a call back a while later stating no one could come back until tomorrow morning. It is currently 81 degrees inside the house, and my infant daughter is sweating while just wearing a diaper. Additionally, this failure of the AC came just a few months after we had a scheduled maintenance/checkup appointment with ADA that we specifically made before our baby was born and before the hot summer months, to proactively address any problems and avoid this exact situation. We were told our system was functioning optimally. I understand maybe the problem could not have been predicted then, but I am somewhat skeptical.

  Absolute worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Part was “lost in the mail” for 2 months and the technician punctured the part and let the Freon out. When part finally came in after the hottest part of the year, total cost for labor and Freon was $600. Owner was very inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude on multiple occasions to myself and my disabled father who is a veteran. My advice for anyone is to find another company and not to waste any time or money on these rip offs.

  I have the greatest experience every time I need service on my unit. ADA has been there for me during emergencies, regular maintenance, and when I had to replace my old unit. They are the best! Scott was my tech today and he was friendly, professional, and did a thorough spring maintenance job on my unit. Other businesses could learn from ADA on how to do excellent work & how to treat their customers right. Thank you ADA for always being there for me!
