  If I could give 6 star rating I'd do it. This company is unbelievable. VERY reasonable rates. John and Justin did a complete system replacement and kept us updated all through the job. Fixed previous 3 letter Co. screwups, and went way beyond what we expected. HIGHLY recommend.

  This family was absolutely awesome. I called when my AC unit failed, they sent Jacob out arriving in less than 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem. I needed a complete new unit. The very next day John and Chris arrived with the new unit, removed the old installed the new in just over 4 hours including clean up! Amazing crew. Price was great, service was awesome! I highly recommend ACTS for all your heating and AC needs, I know they are my go-to company from here on out! Thank you ACTS Heating and Cooling!

  I awoke to find the temperature in my house at 85 degrees my air conditioner has stopped working I looked for a business on Google and found ACT.What I expected was I would not have it repaired at least until the end of the day. Boy was I wrong. Jacob showed up about an hour later. He fixed the problem and took the time to explain the high tech system in my home. The total charge? $75.00. I would have paid that just for the instruction on my A C system. I will never call anyone else. Do yourself a favor. Call them! Jim Reardon, Myrtle Beach
