  I am very impressed with Active Heating! Our furnace went out last week. I phoned and Travis came within 30 minutes. He was thorough and then explained what was wrong and said that the part needed to come from Sioux Falls and could take a couple of days; he said that he would keep us updated on when it would be in. He even offered to bring space heaters if we needed them. We got a call the next day and Scott (scheduler) said that the part came in and that a tech would be right over. Entire staff is professional, helpful and caring. Thanks to all of you!

  I've had Active replace a furnace at our house and an AC unit at my business. They were very quick to get someone out for a quote and did great work on both separate occasions.
