Called yesterday when noticed our system wasn't working. I think they would have came out if we weren't on our way out of town so scheduled for today between 12-2. Didn't get a message the tech was on his way til about 2:10 he showed up at about 2:30 which is why I gave 4 star. Tech worked quick and found the issue. He was friendly and had no issues with him. He left his electrical tape in the previous house he worked at and didn't have a spare one in his work van. I didn't have any around the house so he cut the wire that was causing the issues and connected them with a butt connector. Instead if wrapping in electrical tape, which I think would probably be the best option anyway. 🤔 I dunno I'm not an electrician, but it looks cleaner this way than a bunch of tape. Hebwrote up my invoice and had me call the office to pay. Quick n easy will continue business with them, as I understand jobs can have unexpected variances which may have caused him to be late. Perhaps make a 3 hour window instead of 2.

I will never have them do anything for me or my bosses business again. The communication was horrible, I was told many times I would get a call back and never did I would always have to call them back.. That is my only complaint. maybe they need to hire better help. The technicians were awesome he was very helpful when he came out.. He did tell me he would call me on a Friday about a part we needed but he never did ...when I called them they told me he wasn't in on Fridays... It really was just a run around to have a service completed.. I'm still waiting to get information on an invoice from them.. I called and was told that the invoice didn't look right that they would give me a call back After she spoke to a manager... 3 days went by finally called them back And a lady who said she was the manager would give me a call back After I explained everything to her that i have Already explained multiple times..i Did get that call back, but was unable to answer it. Wish me luck on Monday to get answers.

Horrible company and the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have ever worked with! If I hadn't been watching every move they made and demanding what was in my contract, my system would have been wrong. It took 7 months to complete and I got ghosted by the lead tech manager and the office is super rude. I wrote up 5 pages of problems with them. They are not honest, do not know what they are doing, charge too much and if I hadn't owed them so much money they probably would not have finished the job. Call someone else, even from out-of-town, nothing but problems!
