Very professional and reliable. Their service is amazing! I love that I receive a text reminder with a picture and review of the tech that's scheduled to arrive for your appointment. We ended up using them to replace our system and were very pleased. Pricing was competitive, and after the install they sent someone out to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

The technician that came out to give us an estimate on the “issue”that our renters were having with our heater was very thorough and professional. When we got the quote I called the office to ask for an explanation of prices and services, the lady on the phone was very rude and short with me to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I needed to hang up. I was merely asking why a $10 part to replace cost $600 I was asking how long it would take to do the repair and she said it was just a flat rate and that’s what it cost what it cost. So I called another company and they came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it did not need repair. The furnace has worked fine ever since. I feel that this company was scamming me because I was out of town and this is a rental property. The renters that were using the house at the time simply did not know how to operate the thermostat properly. I paid them their $135 service call but I’m glad I didn’t get scammed for the $600.

Shannon, when air conditioners break down, we deal with a lot of frustrated or even angry customers daily. We truly appreciate your feedback, and will use it as a reminder to slow down and patiently explain the legitimacy of price for each situation and customer. We will try to relay the cost, part(s), labor, mobilization, expertise, training, overhead, profit and tax that goes into each situation we are trying to solve. We can get better at this! Diagnosing an HVAC system can be difficult and also human. It may vary from company to company, depending on how the technician was trained. I assure you ACS ethics are where they should be. This was not at all a scam. Not sure if you received this, but I have attached a summary of the technicians finding that was at your rental property. I also confirmed with the technician to verify that these were correct. We would be happy to send out a second opinion to verify for you at no cost, please let us know. If your system does by chance break down this summer we would love to have an opportunity for an updated review. Thank You! (we also have pictures from this call of the equipment we would be happy to send you) Diagnostic of equipment found flame sensor starting to go bad not sending signal to board confirming there is flame. Technician has multiple recommendations due to equipment negligence and lack of service. Equipment has not been serviced at all or properly in years heavy buildup of dirt dust skin follicles in the furnace cabinet as well as the blower housing. Technician took plenty of pictures to demonstrate condition of the furnace. Equipment is 15 years old with a manufacture date of 2006 & R22. Technicians minimal recommendation is replacement of flame sensor and hot surface igniter due to both or 15 years old and I’ve never been replaced. Technician also has a recommendation for blower housing and blower wheel pull n cleaning. - office / Ryan - Homeowner is requesting estimate for equipment replacement. Equipment is a 3 1/2 ton gas split. Homeowner wishes pricing for a base model rental special. Does not wish salesman out if he can do the estimate via email will be suffice. - customer notice - No parts shall be ordered until homeowner has decided to give approval on quoted repairs. Job completed nothing pending – thank you

Had one air conditioning unit replaced, and another moved so that my pool dig could occur Both Matthew Arcarage and William Myers were professional, responsive, and obviously experts at what they do. Hard workers! I appreciate what they did to get my new Daiken unit up and running.Ryan foreman was the consultant and he was very knowledgable and thorough(professional) . Another gentleman did some calibration and he was also good at what he does- Kevin... Addendum- 6 months later the unit turned off . Clawed ACS and they sent Manny Borboa out to take a look . He determined that a condensation problem was causing the auto cut off to turn the unit off . He adjusted the piping to make the water flow out to the outside more efficiently. ZERO CHARGE. . There guys are good !
