  They put our unit in yrs ago and did a great job. This time however, which was a service call...we needed a new motor fan. Poor kid that came out!!! Lets just say if it wasnt for my husband and i helping him, he would have been here longer then the 5 hours he was here. Poor kid was clueless....call cost us 450.00....and that was him charging us 2 hrs instead of the 5 he was here because we helped him. He told us 2 people work for the company and thats it. Last time we use them
