  Washer and Dryer had issues. Ace Washer came to the rescue. The tech, Robert Held, was just an outstanding example of how service technicians should act. He was polite, on time, made sure I understand all options involved, gave me a practical opinion on how to get the issues solved, and then quickly repaired what was needed. It doesn’t get any better than that. Robert represented Ace Washer perfectly - Makes it easy to call them back when I need something repaired.

  We have a speed queen dryer that needed serviced. They were able to schedule me in quickly. Robert Held was the technician that came out to my house, he was professional, on time, worked efficiently, troubleshooted the problem and fixed my dryer in the same visit.
