  Upon receiving many over the top estimates with lots of unnecessary 'Upgrades' for a NEW install of a Carrier 3 Ton Unit from local installers, I was given a market rate from Ace Mechanical. I was impressed with the companies professionalism and his employees. The install was done in 1 day and they went above and beyond in prepping and cleaning all areas which they worked in. Two weeks after the install I had questions and a company representative came out the SAME day with no charge! As a new transplant to Odessa I was very impressed with the overall service/experience my family was provided.

  If I could give zero stars to this business, I would! Five years ago we hired Ace Mechanical to install our Mitsubishi heat pump system. Right from the beginning of the project we experienced poor customer relations. Repeatedly, this company did not show up when scheduled leaving us waiting. They didn't even have the courtesy to call to let us know they weren't t coming. When they finally showed up, they did a very poor job of installing our system. They drilled unnecessary holes in our walls, and damaged the insulation on the copper tubing as they pulled it through the walls, something Mitsubishi warns the installer NOT to do. The main unit on our living room wall has never drained properly or cooled sufficiently. During the installation, the installers used my husband's tools without permission and damaged his very expensive Bosch rotary hammer. They also helped themselves to and depleted my husband's supply of refrigerated diabetic drinks that we had stored in our garage refrigerator, again, without permission. Using this company was the biggest mistake we made during our building project!! When we tried to work our issues out with Ace Mechanical, the owner got very ugly. When we contacted Mitsubishi about our dissatisfaction with the installer, they said they would get back with us but never did. We called Mitsubishi repeatedly and finally were told that they were unable to help us and we should take it up with Ace Mechanical. I refuse to allow anyone from Ace Mechanical near my property so we have had to live with our situation. If you choose a Mitsubishi system, BUYER BEWARE. They did not stand behind their product or their installation. And, in my opinion and personal experience, if you choose Ace Mechanical you're just asking for trouble.

  Horrible serivce, hardly anwers, and very fouled mouth. I would never ever use a service in which a individual cannot display him/herself as a professional. Even if this comapny can fix something, I would not use a service that has very negative persnal conduct. Would not recommend
