  I spoke with Chris, in the office, regarding an appointment for AC/Heating Maintenance check-up services. He was very helpful and professional. Great price for combined services and Chris was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Air conditioner needed recharging, service and price explained and service completed on same day. Our heating system is 20+ years old and we know that it will need to be replaced soon. Inspection was done and this was explained to us, but there was no pressure to replace unit until it is absolutely necessary. All in all, great service, professional, helpful & friendly staff. Would recommend if you are in the need of services.

  I recently called to schedule a maintenance on my AC before the summer and was pleasantly surprised to get a next day appointment ! Chris was extremely thorough and respectful when scheduling me! I liked that he verified that there was no sickness/covid with in our household and his assurance that the technician would wear a face mask during our appointment. The technician Andrew was nice and explained what he was doing as he began to do it. He provided recommendations, and I went with a top off on my Freon to make sure our system was ready to go for the summer. Definitely recommend using Ace for any heating and AC needs.
