  Goodman AC Coil needed replacing. Coil is on back order no idea when it will be available...."we can sell you a new unit" even though ours is still under warranty! I called around and found a coil! Told Ace I located one and magically they had one too. Installed coil with an outrageous cost for freon. Fast forward 2 week s, AC not cooling. NO WAY we are calling Ace back. Called another company in town. They identified and corrected the problem AND said the previous company (Ace) should have also replaced our filter dryer as part of the coil change. Totally disappointed in service.

  Not too happy with their overall service but evidently they're about the only gig in town.

  We have used this company for years. They are prompt, courteous, and do excellent work. Can't ask for anything more.
