  We've used Ace Appliance Repair for decades. They have consistently delivered expert service at an affordable price. Every employee we've had contact with has been professional, courteous & knowledgeable...pleasure to work with. This last repair required a return trip, technician took care of an entirely different problem at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

  We called on a Saturday and we were able to schedule for Monday. The tech, Craig, called to let us know he was on his way. He called again when he arrived. He was courteous and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and give the full cost of the repair before continuing the work. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this family owned business and I would request Craig in the future.

  Brain was scheduled to come out from 4-6pm. He called at 3:59 and arrived shortly after. He diagnosed our problem quickly and luckily we did not need to wait for new parts. He fixed the issue quickly and was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call Ace next time I need appliances repaired. And even tho he’s a Lions fan, I’ll ask for Brian again😄👍🏽 Thanks again!!
