Ross from Accutemp installed a two-ton air conditioner for us at our home today. The crew was very professional and neat, and they identified some problems with the previous installation and fixed them.  I would recommend these guys.  I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

They were extremely professional from the front line people answering the phone to the technician taking the time to figure out the problem. They came out on a Friday afternoon at 5:00 no questions asked and fixed my issue. Brett was great. I will be using this company moving forward.

Really an amazing company. We had a couple minor hiccups but they went above and beyond to correct the issues. There’s not many companies that care about customer service the way that they do, after dealing with so many contractors who come out and do a job then move on never to be heard from again. No company is perfect 100% of the time, it’s all about how you respond and react to issues, they really impressed me with how they fixed the couple minor issues I had. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our tech Edwin was Awesome. “A company is not a great company without Great people working for them. “ He was professional, knowledgeable, listed to my concerns, and explained very well all the questions I had. This company had a good price. Edwin knew I was concerned about the coils being clean because of mold happening if you don’t keep your unit clean. Mold grows on dust. He spoke to me about installing a blue sanitizing light. I had one in my last home and loved it. So I’ll have them back out to install that. Just a great experience.

Jake is a very personable young man. He knew me by name as well as my pets and there names. He was fast and efficient and explained what he did.
