  Bill was at our house within an hour of my call and that's during the busy times of summer! His ability to quickly diagnose the issue was unmatched in my experience. He had the replacement part with him and was able to get us up and running fast. We have had to have many heating and air units worked on in our 25 years of home ownership and his service and value was the best we've seen. I highly recommend Accurate for your heating and air needs.

  Called to make an appointment and Bill was to our home is less than an hour. We have an older furnace installed in 2003. Bill was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He had to go back to his shop to get the correct part but had us with a working furnace within two hours. I believe he did a great job at less cost than I was anticipating. I will definitely recommend Bill to family & Friends.

  Called Bill due to my blower on air conditioner had stopped working. He answered the phone right away, and arrived ahead of schedule. Upon inspection he advised the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Motor cost $850. Called in a 2nd contractor for a 2nd opinion (as I always do when cost is high) and he found a single wire that got disconnected when we changed the filter. Reconnected the wire, and it works fine. Called Bill to let him know, although he apologized it would have been nice if he offered to refund the trip charge, since his diagnosis was incorrect.
