The poorest HVAC service company in my thirty years of home ownership. They couldn’t understand or diagnose the problem. Didn’t have a solution without jacking the bill up way beyond the estimate. Never did get the house systems coordinated. The solution: we just stopped using one of the HVAC units and its thermostat on the wall inside our home. Amateurs disguised as professionals!
