  Mason was the tech that arrived. He was a great listener to the issues as my husband explained all of our procedures we have already tried.   This is the second time I have used AccuAir for mini split installs. They seem to be the best price in town and get the job done well. Today, I had Emmitt and Alex installing a new mini split. They did is quickly and it looks great! I am impressed. Thank you both for getting the job done on time and well!

  Our ductless system shut off in the middle of the night. I called AccuAir after getting horrible service from another Central Oregon Heating/Cooling company. The staff at AccuAir were very professional over the phone. They asked pertinent questions about my service needs and were prompt with scheduling. When an earlier time opened up they called to inform me. The service tech called ahead to verify our appointment and when he would be there. When he arrived he again asked pertinent questions and explained their billing costs up front before starting any service. He was courteous, professionally attired and quickly got to work. We were given a full explanation of what was going on, what they were planning on doing and when they would be back to evaluate. I received a follow-up call after the service was completed and a detailed invoice for the service. The payment options were easy and their billing was way under the other company. AccuAir is my new go-to for any heating/cooling needs. They are prompt, professional and competitive. Other companies in the area could learn something from AccuAir about how to run a business and treat customers.
