I made an appointment today and was told to wait for a text message confirmation. I've been waiting for it all day and have not received it. I've been trying to call for over an hour and all I get is a busy signal. So I have no clue if they are going to show up for my appointment or not.

The company actually reached out to me and the manager spoke to me personally about my situation. He apologized for the mix up on their end and even offered to reimburse me for the other technician that came out and fixed my unit. I was more than a little upset when I wrote the first review but they way they handled their mistake and made it right has impressed me. I'll be using this company from here on.

I love the fact that AC Works is a company that hires minorities! I love Renee, she is a very knowledgeable technician.... she came to my house on Saturday 10/3/20 to fix the leak in my living room. She cleaned the coils and also changed my ac filter.  Thank you so much AC Works for the prompt response. I highly recommend  this local company to everyone.

I had a very bad experience with this company on Friday10/2/2020. This was for the AC work with my rental property. The tenant texted me a total price of $350 from the technician including everything for the work to be done. When I called in the company, a guy said he was manager overcharged me by making up things. I ended up paying over $440.  We even ended up paying the the diagnosis fee of $65 even I gave them the job.  The guy told me he was going to email me the warranty right away. It did not happen.  Will never use them.

Ma'am just to be clear you were charged $350 plus tax. For a total of $378.88
