  Unfortunately, when my house was built the install in my attic was not done properly. Thanks to AC Services all repairs have now been completed in a very professional and thorough manner. My tech put my mind at ease and he did an outstanding job! They will always have my business!!!

  Worthless, the technician didn't even test the system charge, just took some pictures and said "hail damage" was the cause of my problems. We haven't had hail damage in the 5 years I've owned this house. He didn't even bother to check the fan motor that overheated while he was there. Once the fan overheats and stops running the compressor overheats and stops running the then the system stops working! The fan motor doesn't turn freely. Another indicator to a trained technician, of the problem. He didn't check the amperage draw on the motor either. No, just said hail damage and snapped a couple pictures. Thanks Home Warranty company! Do not use AC Service Plus! If you do - make sure you are a paying customer. They will take you money, but if its is warranty work they are working for the warranty company. (Supposedly he is experienced, I left his name out to protect his personal information, but do not use AC Service Plus)

  Joseph, I understand your frustration. Your system had extensive hail damage, as well as significant mold and mildew throughout the indoor furnace, and water in the ductwork. This was more than we could correct for $75. We submitted your report to the warranty company and are awaiting their review. Our technician did a through and competent review of your system, and I understand your disappointment but there are steps we are required to take when working through a home warranty company. I hope this turns out well for you.

  We were lucky to find AC Service Plus when we had HVAC problems in a house we’d moved into less than one year ago. At the time we had a home warranty (which was useless) but the one positive is that they sent this company to check our unit. Although the warranty didn’t pay, we love the people who came to diagnose and repair our unit. After a second part failure they repaired that and we made the appointment to get a brand new system. Carl was so professional each time he diagnosed our needs. There were 3 crews involved in putting our new system in on a Saturday! We’re so glad to have found this company.
