  The nearly 24 year old furnace in our home started failing the night before winter storm Landon hit and temperatures were going to be below freezing for a few days. I called AC Pros on Thursday morning and they called me back within the promised time window and scheduled a tech to come out the same day and inspect. The technician Mark called me and let me know he could arrive early, arrived when he said he would, and walked me through the process as he was troubleshooting the system. In the end, I decided to replace the system given the cost of repairs and the age. AC Pros was able to get a new furnace/AC unit the very next day (Friday), and had it installed and operational that evening. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the speed in which they were able to get us setup with a replacement and warm again.

  I had lost water pressure throughout my entire house. I had used AC Pros HVAC in the past so I called them to figure out what the problem was. They said that it was most likely my PRV. They said they could replace it for $1000+ dollars. Being a new home owner and unaware of how much something like this normally costs I told them to go ahead and replace the PRV. It didn't fix the problem so the tech said that it's probably the water softener and that he could replace it for $4000+ minus the cost of the PRV. When all was said and done I was out $1000+ and they disconnected the water softener. The following day my neighbor came by once I had gotten home from work and said that the work AC Pros HVAC had done caused his pipe connecting the water to his house to crack and then burst. He called a different plumbing company and they replaced his pipe and PRV for $300 which apparently is the NORMAL price for something like this. AC Pros HVAC ripped me off $700 and attempted to take an additional $3000 dollars from me. Despicable. I will NEVER use them again and I plan on telling all of my friends and family about the incident and recommending they don't ever use them.

  Hi Alisha I apologize you feel this way about our service. Please reach out to me at 512-550-7422 or respond to my email so I can resolve this. Our service notes tell me we did replace your PRV and also the Water Shut-OFF, disconnected your water softener, cleaned out all your aerators on all your faucets and noted that the pressure drop (no water pressure) was from the water softener. We also tested the pressure in the home after the service and confirmed the pressure to be 65 psi. All of this was confirmed prior to you authorizing the work or the replacement of the PRV and water shut off, and was also confirmed by the City prior to us arriving. So if your still having a issue please respond so that we can find out what the issue is. And if your neighbor thinks we had damaged something why did he not reach out to me? Our plumber would have notified the neighbor and me that he did break something and we would have fixed it on the spot, that is my policy and we don't shy away from fixing out mistakes. So I'm am concerned your neighbor thinks we did something.

  We have been very impressed with AC Pros HVAC. We had a unit installed last spring after getting multiple quotes from multiple companies. They are fair, honest and dependable. The unit is great and our electric bill costs dropped last summer with its efficiency. AC Pros customer service is exceptional. The owner, front office, and technicians are friendly, skilled and thorough. Mark came out last week to inspect our unit and was so courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about how great they are. Thanks Mark!
