  This hotel is new and very clean. Staff are very welcoming and polite. My reason for the 3 stars is room design and functionality. There are essentially no drawers to unpack and a very tiny space for hanging clothes. Definitely not the place to stay if you need to be there for a week or so. Additionally, no microwave in the room, tiny coffee pot did not work and the small fridge door screeched every time you opened it. 🙄 it was like nails on a chalk board.

  Five stars!!! Every stay at the AC Spartanburg has been top notch and the customer service is spectacular! Everyone is so friendly and truly ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. The rooms are super clean and all the amenities are at your fingertips! The bar makes the best drinks and the food served at the lounge and at breakfast are delicious and fresh! Next time you need a place to stay in Spartanburg , look no further and book your stay at the BEST hotel in town!!

  This hotel is beautiful and close to food establishments. The lobby is impressive. Alittle pricey but parking was easy and plentiful. The bathroom has a nice shower. Lighting is alittle dark. The couch felt like it was coming out from underneath me when I set down on it. Not sure what that was about. It made out to a sofa bed but in the couch position Had a delectable dinner at the Level 10 restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. The staff was friendly! Waitress was just a sweetie. Shrimp scampi on the feature menu was absolutely the best I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten a lot of good shrimp!
