  Highly recommended! They were able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem and install the parts the next day once we received them. I liked that they took pictures of the issue so I could refer back to them later. Extremely professional, helpful, and excellent at what they do. I would highly advocate for any individual searching for a honest ac repair company.

  We were referred to Or's by a neighbor, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided. The tech was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing. He gave us maintenance recommendations that will help our air conditioners remain in top working order. when you need your ac repair just call no doubt the best service I ever had. Thank you.

  I have never met someone, and I mean literally never, that had the same level of expertise. Or the tech was very honest, decent price and did a very clean quality job. If I ever have a need for their services again, I will certainly contact them. They are an excellent company!
