They responded to an emergency call quickly and got me going but failed to determine that the boiler was bad and shortly after it went down. They quoted us $12,000.00 to replace the boiler. We did it ourselves for $3500.00 and they would not assist with hooking up the boiler we did buy from a local dealer. Was down a week last winter, tough times, had to find another place to stay for special needs child. They were all about the money!
