  This company is a pleasure to do business with. Over the last few years I have used them for HVAC maintenance a couple times and they have been excellent. Customer service has always been excellent, the prices have been fair and the employees have always been friendly and professional. I would like to think Brenda, who works at the office for the professional communication. She’s always been extremely polite and professional. I would like to thank technicians, Dennis, John and Bruce for installing a new AC unit at my residence today. These guys were awesome and I highly recommend them. They know their job and are extremely professional. They answered every question I had without a problem. I am very impressed with the fairness of the price for a new AC unit. Another local company quoted me more than twice the amount Absolutely Cool charged me. 5 stars to Absolutely Cool Innovations!

  Bruce and John did fine work replacing our air conditioning system and upgrading/installing thermostats. They were timely, professional and efficient, leaving behind no dirt or tracks. They didn't quit till they made sure everything worked just right. We will return to Absolutely cool for any future heating/AC needs at our home.

  They’ve been maintaining and servicing our old AC system for years with minimal problems. Recently, the old air handler needed repairs or replacement. My wife and I decided to get it replaced and relocated out of the attic. We also wanted to get the original duct work changed out. One thing led to the other, and we got quotes for a brand new system from the outside condenser to the inside grills. Everything! These guys came in with a good price, and did a great, clean job. What a difference in the air quality. Thanks!
