  Absolute Service Company was so helpful and professional and the crew did an amazing job,SO SATISFIED!!! If someone needs to get a bacteria growth removal job with a reasonable price Extreme is definitely the address!!Highly Recommended!!!

  Thought they'd be okay because they were recommended by our home warranty and have an A+ rating with the BBB. I should've done my homework better. Two guys came out, one was smoking and left his cigarette butt on my patio. They came in and the lead guy was using profanity talking about how $%&& up our #$% system was. Profanity during a professional service call? Seriously? I was so glad my husband was home with me as I would not have felt safe otherwise. The guy wiggles a wire and says we have a short and that we needed to pay him the $99 service fee. We let him know his company had a contract with our home warranty company who said that Absolute Service knew to bill them. The guy gets upset, pulls the wire to short it out again, and says "its fixed, there i fixed it." and leaves. I will NEVER use them again. If you're a guy and you want to chance it that's one thing, but i feel it would be dangerous for a woman to be around these men alone.

  Buyer beware. I bought a new heat and air pump from this company that i was told qualified for an energy tax credit but it did not. Then they stood me up after taking off work several days for the installation. Then the heat and air system broke and they charged me a service fee for each of the 3 times they had to come out and fix it. Shady heat and air company, do not use them!
