  I have never had an issue until now, after dozen of contractors and multiple property's. The owner quoted me 1,200.00 Then raised it to almost 1,700.00. When I asked about the increase He said I was a cry baby. For the sake of being non combative I paid him. We had agreed that I would mail him a check which I did for the inflated amount. He gets the check, then after I pay him continues to threaten me because I gave him a Yelp review. Not sure if the guy is bipolar, high or drinking but it takes effort to be mean to someone. To continue to threaten them. It's not normal behavior and this guy is definitely not someone you want to deal with.
