  Was assigned this company from my home warranty. At first, they were great. Once they sold you a unit they were awful. Communication was zero. It took literally 5 attempts to correctly install my new AC/heat pump, including the appointments they just did not show up to; some of those being appointments the tech set and didn’t want the office to know about because. Crystal in the office is one of the rudest people in customer service I’ve dealt with, and I work in customer service! When they do answer the phone, she doesn’t know what’s going on. Excellent appointment scheduler, but that’s about it. The biggest issue is fraud. They refuse to send me an itemized receipt. They were supposed to charge my warranty company an amount, but never did? Crystal gave me a different answer every time trying to cover it up. I was promised a WiFi thermostat, never got that, neither. 6 months In to the new unit and it breaks, no doubt due to the shabby install that they did. Ron seems like a decent person who can work with you, but he won’t give you the time of day once his little scam is complete. I will say that the technicians, and their buddies that don’t work there but show up to help are very nice and polite. All in all, go with literally anyone else before Ron Haynes or absolute heating and air.

  Ron ordered the wrong coil and that somehow became my fault. He swore at me and told me to lose his number. He then called back to profusely apologize. I let him return to fix the error that he made only to have him sabotage my system costing me thousands and over a year of AC through American Home Shield. Do yourself a favor and pass on Ron Haynes. Post Script, every contractor that I had here trying to diagnose what Ron had done had heard of his hot temper and bad business practices.

  Friend of mine used this business. Single mother paid $8500 for a new heating and air unit. Within the first two years of having the unit, he has had to come out several times charging on each occasion. Not to mention the initial installation when beer cans were left behind from the workers. The most recent incident has left my friend with no air for almost a week and now she has been told to find someone else. This company has taken advantage and made no effort to compensate for their lack of professionalism from the beginning. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
