  I moved into a home on a Saturday and my AC went out. Absolute showed up within an hour and naturally the part wouldn't be available to order until the next week. That alone would frustrate anyone but Absolute was amazing! They set up the AC to at least function until the part arrived and gave me their personal contact info in the event it failed. They even offered to show up after hours to keep us cool. The owner, Derrick, personally showed up with the replacement part a few days later and had it fixed in less than 15 min! I recommend Absolute Heat & Air to anyone.

  These are some of the best guys around for any Air condition installs and all the new homes that have used them have had nothing but amazing things to say about their technicians and they are always courteous and professional. Stop in their new Cave Springs office location and say hi and im sure Sherry at the frond desk will greet you with a smile and owners Chad and Lance Dewey will take care of you out in the field and won't hurt your pocket book! Great guys!!!!

  Just had my first seasonal check-up on my new system with Absolute Heat & Air. Jack was friendly, courteous and thorough. He answered all my questions completely. The service contract is more than worth the cost.
