  Mr Brent Snow repaired my clogged condensate drain and furnace drains. Prior to arriving I described to him my concerns and he listened patiently. Was early and timely. He looked at my whole furnace system. Checked my motherboard and electrical systems. Gave me future guidance and all of that with a smile friendship and healthy discussion. Not very many people on this world left like him. He was authentic and kind and gave me a veterans discount and signed me up for their maintenance plan for AC and furnace. He will return to make AC tune up when the weather hits constantly above 65. Thank your for your concern and honesty Mr. Snow.

  We have quite a unique furnace that needed some tune-up last month. Brent is on-time, flexible with scheduling, friendly, professional yet very caring, and wants to ensure he does his best. I highly recommend!!
