  We were charged for not fixing the problem, then charged again when the issue was actually addressed. Billy was quick to disregard my complaint, accused me of yelling at him, then told me that he didn’t want my business anymore. I will certainly oblige.

  Mr. McEwen, I can understand when a customer can be upset about their A/C system breaking down. it's an unexpected expense. I've reviewed your records and we went to your house last January. We cleaned your ducts and changed out a bad blower motor. We received a call 3 months later in April that your unit does not work in A/C mode. The question was brought up to us that you just spent so much money on your unit why does it not work. We said that we would be glad to come out and look at the problem. If it has to do with something we repaired we would be happy to repair it under warranty. Upon arrival my technician found that you tried to install your own thermostat, which we never recommend a customer to do on their own, and it was wired incorrectly. We reinstalled the thermostat and checked the A/C and it was running in good condition at that time, so we charged accordingly for our services. Before leaving your wife told my technician that she could feel it cooling down also. You called back on the following Monday morning that it wasn't working again. My receptionist said that we could get someone headed that way within the next 20 minutes and you said that would not work for you and your next available day was Wednesday. We came out Wednesday and found that the outdoor dual capacitor went bad. A/C units have a lot of components that can cause them to stop working. This component can be good one moment and go out like a light bulb the next moment. Unfortunately these are things out of our control. We do not make a habit out of changing out components that show to be good. It is very unethical of a company to do so. Once we changed the capacitor, my technician called me and I told him since you have had bad luck on this unit, waive the service call fee and just charge for the labor to install and for the component. You obviously were not happy about this charge and called my office and explained your complaint to my receptionist. The conversation on the phone was so loud we had a another client at the front desk being waited on and they over heard you yelling at her. She then called me and told me about your complaint and that another customer heard you on the phone. I called you and tried to explain the situation with the part and you proceeded to yell at me on the phone, saying you were not sending anymore business my way and I simply said I agree with you. We at Absolute Comfort Heating and Air appreciate all our customers and try our best to take care of all our customers professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you

  I have been a customer with them for 6 years now. They installed a complete new system for me. It was done very quick and has worked well the last 6 years. Anytime I need a service call I use them as well. Good work at a great price.

  They were fantastic. They came in the heat of the day around 4 pm. It was 96 degrees in my house. By 9 pm the temperature in the house was down to 84 degrees. By morning, it was 78 degrees in the house.
