  I made the mistake of calling them after seeing the google reviews and BBB ratings. It was a costly mistake. From my experience, this is the warning to those who are planning to use this company's services. Make sure you get everything in writing. Including what they are going to do, when they would complete it and most importantly, get in writing that you are liable to pay ONLY IF they complete the job as they promised. We made the mistake of taking the sales person and tech's words at its face value. After two days of work and the freezer still not working, Able wanted to keep going with already missed deadlines - TWICE. And then they would slap you with a huge bill and if you raise those concerns, their standard procedure is to railroad you into paying up using their muscle. I am not sure if how they are able to manage this rating with this kind of service. May be we got a lemon of a tech AND a sales guy. Nevertheless, be very careful with this company if you are planning to use them for your needs. <b>Update: The response you get for your complaints is a canned one. Just look at the responses they file under negative comments. We tried explaining the situation multiple times but their response was refusal to acknowledge their mistake and hit us with legal notice.</b> <b></u>Strongly recommend staying away from this company. Extremely poor quality of work and extortion-like behavior towards payment</u></b>

  We do apologize that you feel that you did not receive the service or experience you were hoping for although we felt we delivered in both areas. We take great pride in the quality of service we provide, over the past 30 years, and would never go to the lengths that you have accused us of doing. For example, the "muscle" you refer to is not from Able Mechanical, but is the Constable and/or Sheriff sent by the Judge that ordered you pay your bill after the issue was settled in court. The false claims you have made are not indicative of who we are as a business as we pride ourselves in taking care of our clients to the best of our ability on every call every day.

  I called ABLE Mechanical for a Air Conditioning problem and they showed up on prompt and ready to work. The crew had my office building up and running within no time. The techs that showed up were respectful courteous and went beyond the call of duty. ABLE has fantastic and speedy service. My service call was truly exceptional and I would most definetly recommend them to anyone. Thank you
